1. Tactical Summary (TL;DR)
We respect your privacy absolutely. LeadSnapper is a browser-native extension built with a "Zero-Server" architecture. We do not store, upload, sell, or monitor your social media scans, custom webhooks, or API credentials on external servers. All operations happen inside your browser.
2. What Data We Process & Where It Stays
LeadSnapper operates directly on your local device. Below is a breakdown of the specific items and how they are handled:
- API Credentials: Your custom LLM API keys (such as DeepSeek or OpenAI keys) are stored locally and encrypted using standard Chrome/Edge Extension Secure Storage APIs. They are only sent directly to the respective official API endpoints.
- Intent & Scans: Social media posts scanned on Twitter (X), LinkedIn, or Reddit are processed in memory to calculate lead scores. Once you close the tab, this data is discarded. We never upload your scans to our own servers.
- Outreach Copy: Draft messages generated by our AI system are injected directly into your local browser's reply box. No copies are saved anywhere outside your device.
- Custom Webhooks: If you use Discord, Slack, or webhook integrations to export leads, the payload is fired directly from your local browser to your configured destination.
3. Payment & Subscription Processing
All subscription processing and license key generation are securely managed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. During checkout, you will provide payment and billing details directly to Dodo Payments. LeadSnapper does not see, store, or process your credit card or full billing information.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
Because we do not collect your personal information or usage logs, we have nothing to sell or share. The only third-party interactions initiated by the Software are:
- Requests to your configured AI Provider (e.g., DeepSeek API) to generate outreach drafts.
- Requests to Dodo Payments API to verify the validity of your License Key.
- Direct requests to your self-configured webhook endpoints.
5. Compliance with Developer Policies
We certify that we fully comply with the Microsoft Edge Add-ons Developer Policies and Chrome Web Store User Data Policies:
- We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties.
- We do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to the extension's core functionality (B2B lead intent scanning and reply assistance).
- We do not use user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
